I went on this roller coaster with my aunt last year 2 years ago I was scared to go on, but 1 year later I went on its a very awesome rollercoaster!!
This was the ride that got rid of my fear of roller coasters. Its a completely different look when your on it than when watching it!
It must be the sound, but that laughter makes it sound like the Joker is riding this.
Oh WOW I'm just realizing the roar sound it makes just like a bear! Love this ride. The smoothest ride I've been on in a while.
Best ride at Hershey. I love how you always feel like your legs are going to get chopped off.

I went on this for my school Hershey Park trip in May and it was AWESOME!!!! I used to be really scared of big roller coasters and my friends dared me to go on this one so...I did and it was the best time of my life, so far!! :)
Haha, I was there the year this ride opened. We ended up waiting in line for over 2 hours and I cried the ENTIRE time. Granted I was only 10 years old at the time... But immediately afterwards, I was ready to ride again. Love Hershey :)

i went on this for the first time this year and now i like it i would just go on it over and over again this ride is awsome
remember riding this in 2011 or 2012 and i was all the way in the back, once we got to the top, i had my eyes closed the entire ride XD
i love this ride. this was my first loop coaster. i went on it 11 times in one day. soo good!
I love that ride!!!!!! I like the loop and the twists and the hill. My favorite ride is this and the Comet.
I go to Hershey Park every year. I have been on every roller coaster and i go on all of them every time because there so much fun, especially the Great Bear!

i always liked the way this coaster was designed so that it supposed to sound like a roaring bear but you only really hear it when ur off the ride. anyway i like how you always get a good almost clear day when i go it usually cloudy.
haha this was the first inverted roller coaster I went on, considering our eighth grade class went to Hershey for our field trip. I frickin' LOVED it.
the ride is perfectly fine, I work at Hershey and just worked Bear today, we double check you for safety but the ride is 100 percent awesome The dangling makes it more fun

Wished I could have gone on this a second time. I was supposed to be on the next cart when they shut the ride down due to "inclimate weather". It didn't rain for another hour and I was very dissapointed! Best ride in the park!!!! I believe this is better than the Raptor at Cedar Point!!!

suspenseful. I give you mega credit for trying to record the ride and hold on at the same time. It's not easy to do.

i just went on this yesterday for the first time. it was my first upside down rollercoaster and it was awesome. i usually get really bad motion sickness but i did not feel a thing on Great Bear. trust me, its not scary at all! its epic!!!

Great Bear was my first BIG roller coaster i've ever gone on, very fun!!!
I love this ride!!! I'm glad I faced my fears on Saturday, the next time I go to Hershey Park in the summertime I will be riding this again and there is a possibility I'll be back in October because my friends go every year for halloween.

My second looping roller coaster! Sooperdooperlooper was my first. This was also my first twisting coaster and my first halp loop coaster. Its awesome!

I went on this ride Front Row seats & it was soo fast that when the ride was over , a tear drop was stuck on the side of my face . Lol
This one and fahrenheit are my 2 favorite coasters at hersheypark. LOVE the great bear went on 3 times last time i went. fahrenheit is my most favorite though.

One time I went to Hershey and rode this four times and when I got back to my hotel room and laid down to go to sleep, I barfed on my pillow :D
I remember going to hershey park with my school and riding on that...I was laughing the whole time cuz the peoples screams where funny as hell
There are these really neat things, relatively new so I can understand if you've never heard of them before, called "fingers" they help us humans "hold" things when we need to keep them attached to us.

I wasnt trying to attack you! Most notably, after the pre drop at the top of the lift hill, GB turns to the left into a helix style turn before banking right, dropping, and into the loop. Talon immediately banks right, drops and into the loop. GBs second element is a half loop into an inline twist, where Talons second element is the zero g roll. The 2 coasters have many of the same elements, but have 2 very different layouts. Open 2 windows, line up the coasters on the lift and watch both.

i had my eyes closed for almost the whole ride and when i finally opened them i was upside down. i yelled, "Jesus help me!!" and some guy started laffing
