I really appreciate you going over the sodium content in these meals!

You’re welcome!!! People usually just think about the macros but sodium is super important for everyone to be aware of.

That’s exactly why I paused my Home Chef to try Hungryroot for a week. Even the HC vegetarian dishes (though tasty) have over 1000mg sodium. Love that she goes over the nutrition. Exactly what I was looking for.

    Hello.
How can you consider yourself one who eats healthy food then uses a microwave oven to prepare it? Do you have any idea what microwaves do to mutrients???

My understanding is that there is no evidence that microwaves impacts nutrients more than any other cooking method. I’m comfortable with using it.

      Your "understanding" is sorely lacking.
Try, for instance, watering 2 plants, one with tap water, and the other with microwaved water...
Read, "the dangers of microwaved foods".
And, if you're serious about real health & proper nutrition, check out the books of Hilton Hotema...you may actually learn something truly fascinating and helpful.

@@aarenfourever You can jump off your high horse there bud. Microwaves don’t deplete nutrients, it’s heat that breaks them down. That’s going to happen in any cooking method, and it’s been proven that microwaving food can actually help to RETAIN nutrients. A short google search could do wonders for your humility.

      You are just plain stupid.
Try doing some research and stop believing everything you hear...'cause you're damn sure not reading.
