Yeah - I wish I could spend more time on my videos. The most difficult thing is letting go and considering a video done despite the 500 things I would improve if I had the time :) But two evenings afer work for 2 minutes of content is enough for me :D

Unfortunately it isn't a clever and polished metod. I simply took a picture of a sine wave, masked it off on the left side of the vertical yellow line and manually keframed it to move from left to right. I just made sure the line is at the right place where the two yellow lines intersect. The rest of the animation is done in blender. I made that setup I showed at 02:07 and instead ot a monkey I put a Line and a sphere there :)
I don't know about you nut I'm uncomfortable with the Blender program calling me 'mortal', acting all high and mighty. Actually, I'm rather unnerved by it communicating with me at all...
