XRP and ETH are not mineable coins. ETH switched over to POS (wrongly) so you can think of ETH as a central bank - whoever holds the most coins has the most network power. And XRP is centralised.

after you do the initial setup and see the kh/s numbers, how do you get into the config screen again if you want to change the timezone or anything? seems like once setup you cannot get into the nerdminer wifi setup page anymore.
Not much at all. A little annoying if sitting right on your desk or beside the bed, but putting the unit on a little foam pad that mine came as packaging dropped noise immensely

The nerdminer uses 1w per hour. An average AA battery has about 4w. So it will take about 4 hours to completely drain an AA battery if it was powered by AA batteries.

Is there a way to factory reset the device? By accident? I put in the wrong Wi-Fi username and password instead of putting in the one they provided for me when I went to go scan the QR code again it goes right to a different website and it disappears off the screen so fast how can I correct this? KH/s no one will ever find a block, much too slow, antminers work with TH/s and even there it takes time to find a block. A small gadget, nothing more. It will probably take a hundred years or even longer before anyone finds anything with a NerdMiner.
A useful gadget. I like all the info it gives me, especially the current transaction fees. If you build it yourself it only costs about $25 which is way cheaper than comparable devices that do the same

yes you can modify the pool and change the complete config. The code is listed on github, if you want to revamp it
