if you dont have a older wifi network (WiFi N or older) then you will have to as this doesnt support the newer 5GHz WiFi bands (A questionable choice IMO)
I think all bitcoin holders should have at least 1 of this so that the bitcoin network will become more secure. You will have a chance (however slim) to mine bitcoin. Plus it only consumes very low power.
I was curious what this thing uses to mine (SHA-256, Equihash, etc.) as the mining pool I use works fine with my low hashrate equipment (CPU mining totalling less than 4KH/s) but I need to know what it is mining in order to add it to the pool, since my pool uses seperate ports for each algo, Thanks
Lol it's a lottery miner, You only get Bitcoin If you hit the bitcoin block. IF...it could be after 1 year or 10 years. With this miner there be no daily free passive income...Good luck
Horrible company bought a bitaxe 610 Gamma all it does is over heat even on lower frequencies terrible then I bought nerdminder usb was told would ship one week then 2 weeks now 3 and nothing just a label created I’ll never buy from you again I’ll go with Altair a U.S. based company and I’ll be discussing this on my RUclips channel
unplug it, plug it back in and press the button thats behind the screen for about 10 seconds, the LED will go to yellow and the screen will say "connect to wifi" I had to figure that out myself after using the incorrect settings for the pool
I only have a 4G Lte wifi.. when will you come out with a 4G version? I almost bought the 7x Nerdminer 2 before watching this. Glad I didn't. I ordered one of these 10 days ago. If it hasn't shipped.. please cancel order and refund purchase. thank you.
@darrylsmall I bought a cheap wifi/router for like $20. Didn't come with much info. Still looking if I can set it to 2g. That way I won't have to mess with my home wifi.

I believe this is a "wait and hope/pray" deal, it is trying to find a bitcoin block before anyone else, and if it doesnt, then sadly you dont win. I do hope I can use this for other coins or pool mining (even if it is "low") to try and get longer use out of it

I have 3 units that won't let me on the interface to setup wifi..
I have this issue if I try to connect with my phone, I ended up having to use my laptop to configure this

In the same way. You can put 10 of them on a powered USB hub. They work independently but deposit to the same account.
