Not unusual. I've seen this throughout my career. the one that really stands out....not because it was a mess but because my company was doing US certifications for the Rover 75 Coupe and Rover declared bankruptcy at that time. Needless to say no one every claimed the car. It went 'missing'.
Rivian is the only one making EV correctly and selling well simply because its backed by amazon and ford. Other than that every other non legacy ev manufacturer sucks.

Technically this is the 3rd or 4th company in about 20 years that Henrik Fisker has been a substantial part of and failed. Fisker coach build Fisker (that made the Karma) VLF (was with Bob Lutz.. putting corvette engines in Fisker Karmas.. seem like an inactive company at this point.. nothing recent) Fisker (that made the ocean).
I personally know a couple people that lost over 100 K of their money in this stock. This company has lost billions and billions of dollars in investors money. I find it hard to believe that Henrik can’t even walk around in the United States safely without serious security because I’m sure a disgruntled shareholder is wanting to take him out

As a landlord myself, i was constantly having to pick up and clean up after tenants who skipped out on leases or moved after a lease ended, leaving behind, sometimes whole house full of belongings, furniture, clothes, kitchen ware , even vehicles. So i dont feel for the landlords one bit. Your only option is suing them to recover costs associated with clean up. But face it. If they couldnt pay rent , they dont have any money and live lifestyles that guarantee they never will.
The landlords should be 100% responsible for cleaning up the mess. They were the ones collecting the rent. It comes with the territory. Why do people think that when in business they will always make money. Aometimes you loose money too. I am pretty sure fisker when solvent paid pretty high rent.
