I bought the larger sprayer for doing my sheds. I bought one like that years ago and it clogged so bad so often I took it back. Might look at this. Don't know if I can get as excited as you are though.

All that trim should have been painted with oil paint... Primer / Oil paint... will look and last so much longer and easy to clean in the future instead of repeatedly painting over and over again...

Polyurethane dries faster and lasts longer. Oil paint cracks and it requires sanding every time it's painted.
Either way, latex paint over that old trim will probably peel off. It just doesn't stick to the previous finish. The sanded areas are fine but she didn't sand everything down.

@@brookelord3448 Yes, and if it was varnish that paint she put on wont stick and may not show up as an issue for a while... I still prefer oil as those Poly blend paints just aren't tough enough and the finish just isn't great no matter what they say on the can or in ads...
