Boy I oughta slap you for this recipe. I made it and it was so good I ate two packs of chicken wings by myself. I did tweak the recipe by sauteing garlic with butter and then putting in the natural apple cider vinegar and pouring over the chicken. And I used cajun seasoning, turmeric, pepper, onion and garlic powder, thyme, dried parsley and no broth. I covered the chicken until the last 20 minutes then uncovered it. It was the BOMB! Heart you!

for all of you amateurs who ar concerned about the vinegar, it will cook down. therefore it should have a tangy or acidic flavor but the buter will counteract most of that because of the increased proportion. therefore if you're unsure add small amount of vinegar and more butter. however it is truly a good combination and his proportion s are good. enjoy!

I know what i like so i omit those things because im not a fan of acid or tangy type of foods. A little vinegar in this dish may be benefical but i would probably cut it back by half if cooking this for the first time since i dont like vinegar tasting foods.
