I never gave much thought to hot water but I could pack my own dry mix and add hot water in flight. Maybe those insta meals backpackers use? Land O Lakes 1 serving pouch of chocolate mint cocoa mix! Thanks for the tip Ben
You can take peanut butter. Just get a 100ml bottle with a wide mouth. Fill it up with peanut butter and you will be surprised how much it is. That and some Ritz crackers. Of course your 100ml of peanut butter has to go in the liquids bag. And don't try to bring a knife to spread it on the crackers but a wooden tounge depresser like your doctor uses works great.
I have flown numerous times and I always bring a sliced bagel with cream cheese and hard boiled eggs with everything bagel seasoning. I also bring individual packed apples with caramel and cheese/crackers/carrots/ ranch dressing in a bento and I have never gotten stopped for it.

Never knew peanut butter was not allowed. I often bring an Uncrustable PB&J Sandwich with me and have never had them say anything. maybe it's because the edges are sealed and they can't tell what's inside?

I always practice my intermittent fasting 3 hours before flight until I reached my destination's hotel room! No kidding! Take a thermos and get water from a coffee shop in the airport. Airplane water will give you the shits

@@Enoiye nope, not at all. The hard boiled eggs are shelled the night before and the everything seasoning halts the egg smell. So, No stench lol

What about a little sealed can of salmon 3,2 onzes?
