An idea to improve the trick, keep the double lift in your hand, reveal the 3 cards, then tell them you're gonna make the card appear in your hand, and then do a snap change

I adapted it so that instead of getting a break 2nd from the bottom, i just break on the bottom card of the packet that i cut, and drop it when u get to their card. I found it alot easier. But yeah, great trick; gonna get some sick reactions from it!

I know I’m late but
My cards are sticky cards and some people might not be good at taking the bottom cards or doing a double lift so what I like to do is
I tell them your card could be anywhere here and slowly fan out the deck. Then while closing the fan I secretly catch a pinky break.
