      Can we use your free course as a cert just in case we get audited? The time I did a course to do pmp was in 2014 but I'm only now willing to do the exam.

    I believe the correct answer should be C. First and foremost, in order to solve the problem, we must first understand why it occurs and identify the root causes. This will allow us to prevent it from happening again. As the question indicates, there appears to be a disconnect between the customer's wishes and what the team understands. I believe that it is critical to maintain close communication with the customer and discuss DOD with the product owner.

      Nice job Ahmet, love your explanation, and you're on the right track to passing your PMP Exam!

    I would chose C:
    Initial reaction:
    Because the team doesn't know exactly what we are building. We missed expectations because we did not know exactly what the client was expecting us to build. As the PM it is our job to explain to designers and Devs, the needs of the clients. Client Tod wants us to build XYZ feature, but since XYZ feature was not well defined we actually built XYY feature. Since we did not now exactly what the requirements are needed I Would meet with the product owner to alighn the product requirements with what we have coming up in our sprint, and backlog refine accordingly.
    Find out why we did not meet expectations I would do a Root cause anylisis:
    Feature requirements where not defined well enough to build the features the client actually wanted. This could have happened due to not finding the solution the client actually needed. The client could have wanted a floating device, but what they really needed was a floating device that floats under the water instead of above. This could be mitigated by overviewing the Product Requirements Document (PRD) with the client.

    I think the correct answer is C, as Agile encourages team collaboration. The team member that knows the scope and it's priorities for bringing bussiness value is the Product Owner.

    Hi Alvin, I am Harsha I am doing Masters in project management with data analytics in UK ,I have four years of work experience in India do I need to certifications in PMP or Prince2 is really required?

    • @alvinthepmofficial
      @alvinthepmofficial  25 дней назад

      Hi Harsha, I'd recommend doing job searches in your area and seeing which certification is more desirable for the companies you're looking at. Use that data to drive your decision if it's 'required'. In general, the PMP is a widely recognized certification globally across so many industries

    Hello Alvin
    Are all the pmp questions situational, if no how many are situational questions out of the entire questions.
    Please can you help me understand that

      @alvinthepmofficial  25 дней назад +1

      While I can't reveal details of the exam to comply with PMI's Code of Ethics, what I can say from my experience taking the PMP Exam is that the majority of questions were situational based
