2024 SCCA Hyler Craft School SARRC Race

- My first race! I drove the 117 ITS car, a 1991 BMW 325is. I just graduated from racing school the day before. I started at the back of the grid because my transponder wasn't registering. I started 17th and finished 5th, 3rd in class, but was sent to the back for the final results because my car was under weight by 140 lbs! I'm definitely putting ballast in before the next race.
This was a lot of fun! Racing is unbelievable. Thanks to SCCA for a great event! Can't wait for the next one.

@@brycemcguire8935 hopefully I'll get there eventually but for now I've got to get some ballast in the car and then fix the brake bias issue I was having. I definitely want to do more races, and I'm sure I'll see you at some of them. P.S. my alternator did end up failing on the drive home, don't buy duralast alternators!
