We don't, apparently. I am guessing that if the car is dead and you need to get into the back, you access the front and charge the battery to get the rear open. If that doesn't work, then we will be towing it to a dealer and they might have a way that involves drilling a hole to access the latch. This was REALLY dumb of Chevrolet...
