  • Welcome to the second part of our Garuda Barre videos designed to give you an insight into the unique Garuda method developed and demonstrated by James D'Silva.
    With the Garuda Barre, James D'Silva has designed a contemporary workout using the idea of pulling and pushing and standing out of your legs.
    In this video, we have moved into a more complex leg extension and spine undulation combination.
    This is functional strength training and challenges endurance, flexibility and balance.
