Schmidt nibs are apparently really good.

its not a gold nib ive just found recent schmidt nibs to be suprisingly flixible and even more suprisingly the feed keeps up with the flex.

Good channel. BTW f you like pens from Amazon, you might enjoy several of the Jinhao line ( I have a few of the X series and love them) and since you like the Scrivener, you could also really enjoy the Wordsworth & Black line, mostly under 30 dollars. I was caught up for years in the "grail pen" thing, always wanting the next higher level, and had several pens that I paid over 300.00 for.... but as years went by I gave them all away to friends who I knew would treat them well, and now, I have none that cost over 50.00- and am happy with them all. BTW- your nib here is gold colored, that is a fairly common advertising thing; but myself, I have had several gold nibs and never found them that much better ( for my handwriting anyway) than the standard nibs if they are well made. Good luck in your pen venture.

Your first pronunciation was correct. Thank you for not butchering my last name. 😂
