But you don’t need to go deaf, or rely on pedals to get that tone. Just turn it up to 8, take say -8db off with an attenuator, and roll down your guitar volume for cleans(just like Page did)
It will still be loud, but not so loud you’re blowing out your ears and speakers, and the sound will be more organic and authentic.
