This challenge has been at the top of my to-do list next to Radiant as one of the hardest and final challenges I'm planning on completing. No one thought it was possible, but after practicing and searching for new strategies, I managed to come up with an entirely new strategy for climb which makes charmless possible, as with perfect play you can consistently make it through without stalwart shell or baldur shell!

@@lipezh8948 it’s only good if they have the masks for it. Any less than what this guy had, then they can’t do it, plus it also means they do final phase on one mask which can be very scary

@@lipezh8948 the baldur shell glitch is much better here and is what people use nearly all the time for anyrad but since charm binding was used here, he couldn't do that
@@lipezh8948 its not the strategy they use because QoL mod that makes invenory drop possible despite the fact that it is fixed. It is not possible to use inventory drop against absolute radience without mods.

The fact that the music syncs with radiance attacks and ddark most of the time is amazing

chrome is the pioneer of 90% of current anyrad strats. he is the first person to absolutely obliterate anyrad

Chrome also started anyrad way earlier, thats definitely part of the reason

Yo, falling into the void to avoid most of the climb is genius, I was wondering how you'd do it without Baldur Shell, but wow! If you'd have had more HP, would you have done it another time to get even closer? I saw you might've been limited because you were only on 1 HP. Massive kudos, though! This and your no-hit AnyRad I recently saw have blown my mind.
Nah, more health would not have helped since only 6 voids are required to cover the full distance of the climb. It's all calculated!

Btw quick tip: if you study the beam wall in the Plattform phase, then you'll see that there are some sweet spots where you can stand and heal if necessary. So you can spare your dd
@@jeff9089 the gap between the beams is barely large enough to fit the player, but there is always a random offset left/right so there is not a consistent spot you can stand in to dodge it. It is kinda funny when it happens by pure chance though :P

Feels like soul bind would be the closest to impossible. Second place would be health, but that just adds more perfection which can eventually happen if people are stupid enough.
Nail bind would undoubtedly be possible but defeating the boss any slower will suck

I agree! However, the difficulty from this run came from inventing an entirely new strategy, and the extremely tight windows in the climb section - whereas radiant is mostly a combination of insane focus and luck (not getting undodgeable attacks)
It's a little sad that some people disregard this challenge as 'cheated' because of the non-standard climb section, but I am personally very proud of it, despite what some people may say.
@@MetaAbusser As you should be proud! We are talking top 0.0001% type stuff here. This run is completely legit and you managed to innovatively come up with a way to handle the climb without the "required" charm of baldur's shell. Similarly even though it made an impression on me that the radiant anyrad hitless, which is insane to even think about being possible, did have a prestacked carefree melody, its just insane and a one of a kind achievement. I hope at the very least you grow your channel way more when silksong comes out and you pump out content until then so you can get a fanbase going for that moment. Someone with your skill and commitment deserves to be a youtuber as a job and not all those wannabe letsplayers. Ever thought of including mic + camera in your future vids?
@@garn100 I haven't really considered using a camera; I did at some point plan on making a video guide on the boss (possibly with mic) but I never got to doing it. I'm not really making content at the moment, as the game doesn't interest me much anymore, and I feel like I have already left my mark - plus, it's not easy to keep a fanbase with a channel based on challenges, as it's impossible to innovate consistently enough to keep interest. I might consider uploading again when silksong is out, though I won't make any promises :D

Does the dashMaster charme avoid the bem lights attack, with the down dash? Bc if it does, it means no soul any radiance may be possible
I tested this about 9 months ago and yes, it's possible with a very precisely timed down dash. However the main problem is still the fact you can't heal since you need at least 7 masks at the start of climb (maybe a hiveblood and/or lifeblood build could work?)

Recently just watched an analysis documentary about how to beat Any Radiance, and it did not mention falling into the void to only take one damage while still triggering the invincibility frames in order to do the climb.

I think so, at least theoretically, though it would me much harder than the current strategy. I suppose you could use DDark or shade dash to break the orbs so that they don't accumulate too quickly, though there is a risk you take hits from orbs spawning ontop of you anyway.
why do the lasers glitch and deal no damage in 3rd phase? also why dont they do that for me
it's a consequence of the anyrad mod in an old patch (was the newest patch at the time)
