hide element is absolute worse practice. never use it ad a template or somethingfilter w/e .. EH makes models and sheets unmaintainable in scale. Also just select the building parts you want in your selection and pres SB or the selection box icon, and it will have an adjusted for easy usage.. when I put a 3d detail on a sheet, a portion of the detail background crops the other viewports in sheet. have you come across this problem? if yes, how to manage the viewport so that it wont affect other drawings?
Another way is to duplicate your original 3D view, sheet the first, sheet the 2nd. Their geometry will align them at the same spot, use 1 of view to use a different section cut

Is this detail??? No, it is not drawing but just picture.
