Viv, you make all the patterns look good, but #8124 steals the show. "Make America Chic Again!" I love the Mod styles~it's always a treat when you time travel to the 60's~so adorable! 🌻
I wanted to tell you that you told us about Kwik sew patterns and I never heard of this, BUT I found one in a thrift store and yesterday I made a pair of shorts that took about half hour! These patterns are great, Thank you SO much. And I LUV your dog walking outfit and your dog, so so happy you got a dog.
"...and if that means wearing this on a random Wednesday, I will do it." This is also why I'm a fan, Viv. There's no question as to your happy-dog-walking-fashionista attitude. It's healthy. And your makes are always a witness to your talents and taste. BRAVO, Viv.
I love seeing all your makes this time! Good luck on getting your ear cleared out! I'm sewing sz. 7 tall pants for my Grandson, and lace on a double-flannel blanket for the new baby sister. Hugs! Peggy Oh, and I do like the "crazy" dress!
LOVE LOVE LOVE the dress (at the end) with the two wild prints! I was in high school from 1968-1972 (I sewed all my dresses), and I would have worn that! Good for you for being so daring! You look fabulous in it!
Absolutely love what you did with those bright fabrics and the boots gave it perfect 60s vib! I lived everything else as well, but I was especially waiting for the rebel fabric! I'll be hanging on for your next video! LOL!
Recently found your channel! I am binging all of them! I love how you talk about the pattern if they were straightforward or difficult and the fact that you model the pattern so helpful! I also love that you share where you get your fabric and the deals you get and you always mention the type of fabric you used for the pattern. You are literally the best!!!❤❤❤❤
All hour clothes were very beautiful. Im a very beigy browny person . its so nice to see such vibrant coloured clothes . I love to try it . its beautiful to have colour in your wardrobe . thank you very much dear . love you loads .
Your makes are absolutely beautiful and you are just so much fun to watch!!!! Your sense of style and choice of fabrics are incredible. What a delight!!!
All of these are beautiful! I like how you model them, tell about them and move on to next item. And the ‘hang on’ is just right!Your sewing is an encouragement! Hope you get help with ear problem!
Great makes. My favourites were the wild sun patterned dress, the light blue slub twill dress and yes the floral asymmetrical top. Your impression of what you hear with the water in your ear was brilliant 😂
Oh my goodness, I spewed my morning coffee on my screen, when you warned about a seizure!.... lol.. you are darling!....and I love everything you created!.... ya got my motivation going!... TY!!!.... God bless!
I love the last purple dress. I have some purple heels that would look great with that dress. Dressed down with white sneakers would be cute too. I also really love those Butterick slim navy knit pants Viv. ❤❤
My favorites are the New look ity dress in the beginning and the New look shirt with the tie. Your fabric choices were perfect. Also the black pants, loved them ❤
I love that last dress! The 1960’s are my favorites! I’m just surprised I don’t remember that pattern! 1965 was the year I graduated from 8th grade and started high school in the fall. It really brings back memories! Anyway, I love the two fabrics you put together - the second fabric just really sets it off! ❤️🙏🏻
I finished 8th grade in 1968, so I'm not far behind you. I learned how to sew in junior high, and I made all my dresses from 8th grade all through high school. (Pants weren't allowed then!). Weren't we so lucky to grow up during that time, with all the fabulous fashions?! (And I lived for Seventeen magazine and That Girl on TV!)
You are hilarious! I always get my mojo to sew when I watch your videos! Love your bravery to try different fabrics together even thought the family said no! It looks great on you!! Keep sewing and modeling your makes!!
Viv, you just get cuter and cuter ! Your openness and engaging stories are precious . I loved all your makes, and especially your wild 60s cotton dress. How you got that on without a zipper is beyond me !! Thanks for the smiles and great ideas!!

I want to thank you for inspiring me to sew for MYSELF! I loved sewing as a hs student but the last apparel project I sewed was a maternity jumper in 1981. You have given me the thought to if this doesn’t turn out and I won’t wear it, then donate. Thank you 😊
