    Hey Jake, some really good info here. I've been an emotion coach for just over a decade and there is still a lot of work to do to get the info out that emotions are something you can learn, and emotional intelligence is something you can improve. I highly recommend the Alba Method for emotional awareness, it's a technique I use in my classes all the time.

    Hi Jake, I am learning lots of useful stuff with you and I notice that the quality of yours videos are getting better, one thing that I believe that makes the videos more pleasant to watch is a instrumental song in the background like this video for example of other channel that I watch ruclips.net/video/ZT2VvyY3J3c/видео.html , this is just an example but keep up the good work

      Thanks for the tip! I actually did this on my recent video on polyphasic sleep, but I think the volume was too low. That being said, I am exploring using music in the background to tie the video together. Great tip. Thanks!
