The Jake Origin Story: I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight. No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!) The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

Awesome! I've made some efforts to get things going, however I'm working on improving my habits to see significant progress. I have also been experiencing transient astigmatism so that means I am sticking with my current glasses strength longer to help clear that up. I think if I keep making efforts that I will make some progress in the next year or so. I definitely have had difficulty because I overthought what I should be wearing and what to do next. I think wearing glasses that were too weak caused the transient astigmatism.

Hello, I am 20 years old and I am near sighted. I started experiencing nearsightedness when I was in senior high school about 2 years ago. I wasn't able to visit an eye doctor because of covid and I still didn't know what are my eye grades. My eyes keeps getting blurry when I look to far distance. Should I need to go to eye doctor and buy prescription glasses first before I can start your method of reversing myopia? By the way, I think my nearsightedness is caused by too much screen time because that is the only reason I can think of.

No please just relax your eyes start going outside reduce your screen time don’t wear glasses only for driving I think you don’t need glasses just relax your eyes go 2 or 3 hours outside take breaks from screens ever 20 minutes or so👍thank you for listening

it isn't really recommended by this method which is about treating long term myopia, but try reading glasses when doing homework and pc work, it will challenge the eye accommodation.

I always wonder why all the vision update videos use optometrist glasses as the starting point and normalised as the current point. Its like a lil clickbait although the method works and is 100% real. And some peoples normalised are WAY too blurry for their own good. I wish it was apples to apples is all im saying. Good job Sean on the gains.
