Thanks for posting these interviews every now and then. Helps remind me to keep exercising with your active focus techniques from the first email series
I also think the Gamboy got me too. I was active and played sports and went camping. Got that Gameboy and 2 years later I got glasses. One year before glasses, I was squinting to read the chalkboard in school. Then I got glasses in 5th grade.
Hello Jake it's Amaan 2023 I have -2.50 in both eyes and now in 2024 -1.50 in both eyes always I go to terrace of my house and see far building, flags etc and first time it' feels like how much I worse vision I have but after so much frustration and hardwork in July 2023 my vision improve to -2.75 nand now -1.50 in both eyes
Go and watch Jake stainer animated videos and all about active focus because Jake is the owner of endmyopia get information and start reducing diopters and get back to 20/20 bye
Hi Jake, which video do you recommend I start with to improve my vision? Is there a play list geared towards what exactly to do daily? Or are all the videos good in any order? Thanks in advance!
Unfortunately it's all a bit of chaos. 7 day e-mail guide is a good start for summary. There is definitely a learning curve, expect to spend a bit of time. I'd start with these: ruclips.net/p/PLgB_5pbB86Gj_YS3LTRFZPPypV8ktAFkh
I've had macula issues in both eyes for several years now yet I'm still able to find active focus when I get checked by my opthalmologist every 4-6 months seeing 20/40 and even 20/30 on a good day.... Go figure. It's almost like crossing your eyes effort without crossing your eyes 😁 the characters just get clearer in spite of the macula holes.
It looks like she is wearing plus lenses in this video. I assume because she is wearing contacts. Interesting. I also assume she is wearing "dailies", because a year-subscription wouldn't make sense if you reduce every 3 months. She must be spending a lot of money on contacts. Just my thoughts from this short clip
Hello Jake it's Amaan I am a student having 4hours of online studing but I do active focus 4 hours when I get tim when I get time ido active focus when watching tv far objects etc can I I will improve my vision
Jack sir, hii I am from India. Can you tell me how much time will it take to reverse myopia from -2.0 D to normal vision. Because I have -2.0D and my age is 19 .. For how much time should I do ACTIVE FOCUS. And Active focus is the only solution to reverse myopia????????
Use you phone as not often as possible. Go out and look at far away things as often as possible, and you’ll gradually improve your eyesight. How quickly you improve depends on how good your habits are.

I had a thought, probably somebody's already thought of this... but what about having contacts for close up vision. Then just putting on glasses (with contacts in) for distant vision? I'd order this but I don't know how to select contacts. I got an optometry kit and made my close up glasses. GOSH it feels SO much better. Like I'm stretching my eyes and relaxing them instead of straining them. Anyways, does anybody know how to size contacts w/o the optomatrist?
I ordered mine from opticontacts. I did my own prescription and base curve. My last pain for both eyes was -4.75 diopters w a base curve of 8.3 (there are only two options for the BC) anyways I barely wear my glasses from Zenni which are -3 and I do not wear my contacts anymore!!! Active focus as much as possible.
@@camisnyder3460awesome thanks! It's weird, before I stumbled onto EndMyopia group here, I fiddled with eye exercises. I noticed I could focus clearly for a few seconds a day. Sounds insignificant but I have -4 and -3.5.... I don't fully understand why. But got my near vision glasses and they FEEL so much better when I'm working! Wow! Thanks for contact tips!
I noticed after a couple months of close up glasses... my eyes focus very well in morning but I fatigue at night. Is very hard to see at night. Not sure if I need to decrease my close ups because of morning... or keep them due to bad night vision.
@@jeonjungkook7bam Just look at some of Jake's videos on active focus. It's a straightforward technique, but you need to do it regularly. It's worth it, though!

Looking good Jake. Shout out from Taiwan. I am still trying to fight my screen addiction but I’ll get rid of my glasses one day.

I’m confused, do I active focus with my contacts on or off? How does this all work if one has contacts?
