    I went from -2.50 (R) and -2.25(L)
    to 0.50 in both after 4 months of red light therapy and then losing my glasses for 3 days. When I found them my eyes couldn’t adapt to them.

    I know I fell off the map there for a few years, but I’m still working on my vision improvement (and can see it). And I credit it all to you, Jake, and the Endmyopia community! It makes me sad you still get backlash, but please don’t give up. You are changing people’s lives for the better.

    Yes! I had a GameBoy also, and it was about 1 year before I got glasses! I was active and outside often, but I got glasses at age 11 anyway. That GameBoy got me and helped me give myself Myopia!

    Her story is eerily similar to mine!!! I had perfect vision but lied to the optometrist so I too could have glasses like all my peers!! I was -5.25 and now I’m at -3 both eyes. I practice active focus everyday and wear my glasses to drive. Also, the carnivore diet realllllly improved my sharpness!!!!

      What is active focus please explain

    • @camisnyder3460
      @camisnyder3460 8 месяцев назад +3

      Ok so active focus is when you aren’t wearing any glasses or contacts. You hold an object up to your nose then pull it back away until it gets blurry. Stop right when it gets blurry. That’s your blur line. Now focus. Relax all the muscles in your face and neck while staring at said object. Think in your mind, “relax, focus, relax ciliary muscles,” concentrate on the object and releasing the ciliary muscles (ocular muscles that once released will reshape your lens). Eventually you will see clearly. Note that if you haven’t released your ciliary muscles in years it may sting and burn but keep doing it!!!!!! You will release these ciliary muscles but be sure to RELAX and BREATHE!!!!

    I'm prescribe the same power as her. Did get the eye that was -6 to -5.75. So now I'm prescribe -5.75 in both eyes. One thing that's funny I wear weaker glasses to read on thep computer. I forget how weak the power is. Think it around -4.5 maybe weaker. I put them on one day and they were blurry. I then took them off and realized my eyes were clear. I was thinking it did God finally clear my vision to 20/20. I would definitely talk about that on my christain channel. I then forgot that I had my contacts in. I'm like ok that makes sense. Would be cool if I did wake up and suddenly had perfect vision.

      @@endmyopia wish I did active foucs when I was 10. That's when I was given glasses. Knowing my luck teachers and parents would have probably froce me to wear them when I didn't need them. Had one teacher that would make me where glasses when I didn't need them. I was told I only needed them for reading but I really only needed them for reading the board. Definitely didn't need them for PE. My mom thought I did and I was like really I srr just fine in PE. I wish I knew about active foucs back in 95 as a kid.

    I watched a lot of these podcasts when many were still public and one thing they all have in common is: Nobody EVER has astigmatism. Seems like that is the deal breaker right there for any significant progress. I know, Jake will say "if it's lens-induced, it can be reversed". But nobody ever manages to do it. A bit discouraging for a lot of us people with noticeable astigmatism (more than 1.00 cylinder)

    • @endmyopia
      @endmyopia  9 месяцев назад +1

      Lots of people manage to do it. In fact there is a whole detailed protocol: endmyopia.org/category/astigmatism/ It is a bit less predictable (if not lens induced) and takes a bit more time and care to sort out.

    23:20 the world is weird- yeah, because you 2 are starseeds and trying to figure out why humans act the way they do. As a fellow starseed, allow me to explain. Earth people have forgotten who they are. They have called out for help, but don’t see it when it gets here. They are so lost. So just keep going. You are doing it right. And it is very helpful for humanity. This is not only about eye sight. It is so much more. The changes these days are epic.
