    I would imagine it gets repetitive being a fitness youtuber filming pretty similar content over time but your videos still remain top notch quality every time!

I showed both of my younger cousins your videos and their confidence has skyrocketed. They were the type of girls who were afraid to "get too bulky" and your videos made them fall in love with the gym.

    Hunter: "I have very mobile and super healthy shoulders..."
    Me: "I definitely don't." They're always cracking. LoL. It doesn't hurt; but I just notice it. So, I avoid too much shoulder work; but I'm going to give this a try with lighter weight.

      You should be fine with this workout, that was just regarding the cable curls. With the wide grip curls keep your arm more angled at a 45 degree direction rather than more drastically turned out like mine is!

    Hi Coach Hunter! I saw this video as my grandma does this lesson! I tried this with her but I couldn't move her dumbbells from the ground, so she told me to do it without it. 😟 She did the full lesson with the dumbbells. I feel very unconfident 😔
