Why don't you utilise the Recurring templates feature for your daily journaling?

To be honest, I was about 90% through making a video on the topic but it doesn't solve the issue for task management and recurring tasks or for journaling because it doesn't increase sequentially. It would solve the issue of having to enter the correct date but then I could end up with a bunch of empty entries if I missed a few days. Recurring templates would work but its not perfect. I am back on Todoist after taking a break and trying TickTick and then Microsoft ToDo.

@@jeradhill nice I just recently got on the Microsoft wave because they have everything in one now with the AI integrated and Microsoft loop. it's a one stop shop
