Hey, I've had mine for 9months now and I have 5000km. for me, the bike is way better then other mopeds, more features, gets A LOT of attention if you like that, although if you're older then 18, and have to drive on long roads all the time either go for the super soco tc max or a zero as the topspeed does start to get boring when on them, in a city with roads with 50kph topspeed it should be fine. Also, if you live in some parts of Europe and your topspeed is set on 45, there is an easy way to set it up to 66kph, vids enough on RUclips, it's illegal tho
I've actually ridden one in London and it is much better than this review suggests. The average speed in London is 7mph, most places in London are restricted to 30mph max and that is where this bike excels. Its not for 20 mile trips, it's for city trips. It's a really fun bike to ride and the speed off the lights is actually much better than the reviewer suggests. I liked it so much I bought one and will be picking it up soon. And yes I'm a biker, my other bike is a Triumph Street Triple R.
The top speed is 28mph as that is all you're allowed to do on a moped. Every company making a moped has the same restriction,be it electric or petrol. They all feel a little unsafe on faster roads, not just this one.
I don't think that titling this "The Tesla of electric motorbikes?" is really anywhere near accurate. It's a slow moped equivalent with a tiny range. I have a few questions about this moped: Are you allowed to have a passenger? Is it possible to mount a topbox? I saw somewhere that you can adjust the suspension, is that true? I saw another video about this moped, and the owner said that she couldn't figure out how to fit two batteries inside, because then she couldn't close the lid. Does that seem to be true? Do you notice a difference in acceleration depending on how much the battery is charged? I have an electric moped myself, but it's more a scooter style moped. The engine is 4 kW and weels really nice, no problem to keep up with cars in the city, at least not with a fully charged battery. It's perfect to get to and from work (why carry 1500-2000 kg unnecessary weight 12 km to work?). I get to work in 17 minutes. When I had a car, it took me 12 minutes to get to the same work, so not a very big difference.
It's a lovely looking bike compared to a moped and I guess if you have a short commute through a city/town to work everyday it might be a nice option but outside of that I think the charge time and range is too limiting for much else. Saying that you can get a moped for half the price that could possibly give you up to 70-80 miles on a tank full.
Please do your homework if you're going to tout an electric vehicle as the 'Tesla of electric motorbikes' in 2017 because this not even close to being afforded such a title. Many electric pedelecs can near match this bikes specifications/performance as simple electrified pedal-bikes! Yeah I’d say they’re the most common electrical moped in Sweden. It’s used a lot for learning about mopeds and how to drive them. They’re not bad but I myself and many others prefer the classic, the smell of the gas, roar of the engine and the good o’l feel normal mopeds have. You can add a second battery that they left room for next to the first one to double the range, the seat breaks in after about 2 weeks of daily riding and buying a leather cleaning/moisturizing kit helps soften it up a bit too but yeah it was definitely stiff at first. The sport setting will get you up to speed from a stop so fast you almost wheelie and you have a toggle to activate sport mode at your right thumb so you can cycle back to Eco again right away or whatever your preference is right after you've gotten through that intersection or whatever the situation. I'd say it's a Tesla of Ebikes, not necessarily the flag ship model but close.. there are only a few ebikes ahead of it and they're far too expensive for what they do. This one is already borderline

Don't judge the bike because of the silly pricks who made the video. It's obviously not meant to be a motorbike. It's aimed at people who would otherwise have a 50cc, noisy piece of crap moped. It's the price of an electric bicycle, a quarter of the price of a Zero FX.
Not a review - a stand and talk about it! Maybe show a ride instead of just talking about it Jeans could have been skinnier and glasses more convincing got the same info from the makers blurb and every other seller
this is technology of the 70s they used to make this trash! all the big auto makers have technology the tech to make autos go for days without such long charges. a man even invented a car that go on WATER! guess what happened to him...? they poisoned him and he died. his name was Stanley Meyer
Just don't compare the range of a Tesla Model S90D (or even the S60) with a moped like this one. Remember that the batteries of that Tesla weighs more than half a ton, (I think somewhere between 600 and 700 kg for the 90S)! I don't know how much this moped's battery weighs, but the battery of my electric moped, 60 V, 28 Ah, weighs 13 kg, so no surprise the range is a lot shorter than most electric cars. However, as I understand it, the SOCO can carry two batteries, which almost doubles the range, of course. ”Almost”, because two weighs more than one.
i have electric bike which is custom frame. Like Cruiser (instagram : shngndgn ) in normal speed which is 20 25 its went 60 km. it has 48v 1000 watt motor on it. Definetly more efficient than this.
Super Soco is a Super trash,It's a Chinese company,That means 'made in China'. I've bought one last year,model-TS1200R,I've change the battery 4 times, and the control device,MCU device,Screen, speaker,You know what? They all in broken! I've never seen a e-bike like this trash. And the bad thing continue like below: 1.Suddenly no speed! That may kill when you drive 2.Speed lose when the power even more than 40% 3.Foolish customer service, never solve you problem but just say 'sorry' again and again ..... So,Do not be cheated by the 'cool look',Super soco is Super trash, believe me.
It’s simple, just more throw away Chinese junk! I don’t care how inexpensive that cheep pos is it is not worth it! As soon as any system goes down? You might as well toss it away! Or try and fit a gas engine to what I’ve left after you strip all electric systems out.
For me teslas and electric bikes aren't worth the money .. Okay it's great (for teslas not electric bikes) but in a few years we'll have SOOO much better i din't think it's worth buying yet..
Using capitals doesn't make anything more relevant or more true. Don't compare apples with oranges. This is a moped and therefore restricted to 45 km/h (28 mph). As you can see in the video, you can bring the battery inside and charge it there. In my case, I don't have the appropriate license to drive (ride?) a motorcycle (at least not in my country), and I need to take the battery inside my apartment to charge it, I just don't have any other options where I currently live. As far as I know, you can't easily remove the battery from the Zero, and if you could, it would be way too heavy to carry up the 24 steps of the stairs up to my apartment, so in my case, the Zero motorcycle is the ”garbage” here, since I can't use it at all. So we are talking about two different things here. Two completely different vehicles made for completely different purposes.

Don't judge the bike because of the silly pricks who made the video. It's obviously not meant to be a motorbike. It's aimed at people who would otherwise have a 50cc, noisy piece of crap moped. It's the price of an electric bicycle, a quarter of the price of a Zero FX.
Nice
How do I become a disability and mental health and fibromyalgia ambassador who supports your business
Only 600 cycles battery. Definitely not a "Tesla"...
Not a review - a stand and talk about it! Maybe show a ride instead of just talking about it Jeans could have been skinnier and glasses more convincing got the same info from the makers blurb and every other seller
low range, low top speed. it's barely good as a moped. definitely not the tesla of motorbikes
In most of europe it's illegal for a mpped to go over 45km/h
Let's talk about bill Cosby
Electric moped*
1.2kw electric bicycle will smoke it :D
Hate the (deliberately?) ill-informed title of this video. I suppose click-baiting works afterall..
And the answer to the title is!.......
No. It's nothing like a tesla
Super moto made in germany the best
i thought its chinese
40 mile range? 30mph? Epic fail.... (but keep trying...)
this is technology of the 70s they used to make this trash! all the big auto makers have technology the tech to make autos go for days without such long charges. a man even invented a car that go on WATER! guess what happened to him...?
they poisoned him and he died. his name was Stanley Meyer
Sirius Sun Cerebral aneurysm. And his design broke the first law of thermodynamics. I wish it was a thing though. Would have been awesome.
Tesla of electric motorbikes
i have electric bike which is custom frame. Like Cruiser (instagram : shngndgn ) in normal speed which is 20 25 its went 60 km. it has 48v 1000 watt motor on it. Definetly more efficient than this.

No way
You don't drive a bike!
The soco TSX is better.
lol all my brushless 1/5 rc goes faster
no its not your techlonig chinese people made it and you orded aboch of bieks and then your talking bs
And the bad thing continue like below:
1.Suddenly no speed! That may kill when you drive
2.Speed lose when the power even more than 40%
3.Foolish customer service, never solve you problem but just say 'sorry' again and again
.....
So,Do not be cheated by the 'cool look',Super soco is Super trash, believe me.
By the way,the soco official block my post in China, because I tell the bad truth, can you block it in youtube?Trash?
Ok umad
It’s simple, just more throw away Chinese junk! I don’t care how inexpensive that cheep pos is it is not worth it! As soon as any system goes down? You might as well toss it away! Or try and fit a gas engine to what I’ve left after you strip all electric systems out.
Nup
ythe chinese made it
The way I see, it is quite useless.
This is trash low speed low distance, + battery will need to be replaced, and they are not cheap
Gravity don't exist. Density yes
30mph top speed. Fucking joke my ebike goes faster.
For me teslas and electric bikes aren't worth the money .. Okay it's great (for teslas not electric bikes) but in a few years we'll have SOOO much better i din't think it's worth buying yet..
with such reasoning never buy anything as there will always be better soon afterwards.
ZERO MOTORCYCLES ARE SUPERIOR TO THIS GARBAGE,YOU GET 125 MILES IN A SINGLE CHARGE!
:D
1200 more like a 50cc lol no good
