Hey friends! Happy New Year! The first recipe of 2019 starts with one of my favorite winter comfort food - Japanese Tantanmen Ramen! And since it's January. I made a version that's Whole30 friendly! This ramen recipe is also gluten-free and easy to put together. Let me know what you think in the comment below. One of my goals in this year is to spend more time on making more RUclips style videos. So thanks to many of you who put up with my IPhone video shots. I appreciate it really ! XOXO !
Thank you! I am only GFDF, Soy Free, Peanut Free. I do not need to be Whole 30. So I will sub GF Noodles. I do SO SO WISH Ramen restaurants would make soy free ramen options, however. But NONE of them, do! :(
I know it's difficult and that's the reason I started my blog about 3.5-4 years ago to share dishes that I want to eat. :)) Feel free to use any GF noodles. I love rice noodles and if I want to go really low carb...shirataki noodles :)
Oh my oh my this looks so delicious another delicious dish to add to our rotation! Thank you thank you again! And want to thank you so very much for your program we subscribed to your eight week program Cook once eat all week and the day one dish I believe was called Mongolian beef my sweet hubby cooked was amazing last night! Soooo deliciously flavorful and lip smacking good!!😋
That's awesome! My favorite broth - Store bought - is from Kettles and Fires. Or otherwise homemade chicken bone broth is great, too...if you have the time. :))
Hi this looks great! I asked this question on thrivehive's website no realizing that it was your recipe. How does one store the shiritaki after heating? I am a study who works and goes to school so I rely on meal prepped meals that I typically microwave during the week. Should I store the noodles separate from the broth? If I made a stir-fry would it be ok to store everything together? How many days do you think something like this would last?

HAHA ! It's from a local China town store. :)
Did you cook the zucchini noodles before putting them in the ramen or did you put them in raw?
Yum!!!
Thank you so much. Appreciate it!

Is there a good substitute for tahini? I'm allergic to sesame.
Do I have to use chicken thighs or is chicken breasts okay?
works with any kind of meat :)
