Thank you so much for posting this! My daughter has Celiac disease, and has been a type one diabetic singe age two. She LOVES ramen, and so do I! We appreciate all the gluten free recipes we can find. Especially great ones like this! You definitely got me to subscribe!
Just found your channel, headed to buy all ingredients in the morning...also, as soon as you put the mushrooms on your head I hit subscribe, will be binging your videos tonight
Yes, I'm adjusting my descriptions to include what I always write about using tamari, gluten-free soy sauce or liquid aminos in place of soy sauce to make it gluten free! Thank you!
I don't know if that chicken was fully cooked 😲 but that's just me. I'd add a little lemon on my meat for zest but I absolutely LOVE her video! Fantastic job 🎉
It IS really good!! Thank you for your question Blake! If you are worried about salt content, you can always use a low sodium broth or use water in place of more of the broth. You can also cut back on the soy sauce to see how it tastes to you and add more if you think the broth needs it! I hope these tips help. Let me know how your Chicken Ramen Soup turns out!
I found your video today. Very funny and entertaining. I was looking for glutin free Ramen. All the Ramen I can find is not glutin free. I did not hear you say anything about glutin free. Is the noodles glutin free?
Is it the flavor you don't like or are you avoiding soy products? If you don't like soy sauce you can substitute it with fish sauce, salt, or a concentrated chicken or beef bouillion. The soy sauce creates a salty, unami flavor so you should try and find a replacement. What I love about cooking is the flexibility. If you don't like an ingredient, you can often leave it out or use something else instead. If you can't have soy, you can try liquid or coconut aminos!

Oh, that makes me so happy to hear! Depending on how sensitive she is, you may also want to sub out the soy sauce with coconut amigos or tamari sauce!

Hello!just wanted to point out that unfortunately the soy sauce is not gluten free unless you were using a tamari sauce.

@@HOIAFoodAndCooking liquid aminos is not gluten free
It is actually. If you look at the Bragg website which is the most popular band of liquid aminos, it is listed as gluten free!@@MsPurpose23
You’re so much fun! I love watching you! I’m so so excited to make this ramen!
Awe! Thank you! How did it turn out?

That sounds yummy too! Dark meat cooked this way is super tender and often doesn't "look cooked all the way" but I can ensure that is was!
Soup looks amazing!!
Loved the ending... the bloopers were hilarious! Wine does wonders!!
Bloopers at the end of every episode! Because a lot of them happen trying to make these videos!
Lol that joke cracked me up
What would you say is a good replacement for mushrooms? I hate mushrooms and so I’m wondering what would be good as a replacement
caramelized onions
perhaps some seasoned pan seared tofu?
loved the show thank you
Thank you so much for watching!

HOIA Food And Cooking with Diane Yang Kirk thank you, your recipe looks so good, definitely making it :)
I'm pretty sure, this is some of the best ramen broth (that is not laden in fat) that I've ever had!
Use coconut aminos
The word is butter, not budder
