why the filipinos have heavy breakfast? first we're hard working indenvidual at the morning mostly working at the farm as a farmers and others as a fisherman which exposed to the sun lights from 5am to 5pm so we needed more energy to survive the heat of the sun and thats the mean reasons why we've heavy breakfast.

Dried fish or scrambled egg and steamed rice, if they can afford it. Or black coffee and pandesal, or instant noodles.
