Brother, throw some drag Cartel cams and larger injectors and you should be in 260 maybe 270s!

That is in the plans. I will tune before cams tho and then after to see gains. Also going forced induction eventually.

Those are great numbers. get it tuned still. Looks like it can still pick up more power and torque before vtec.

It’s going to be tuned. Just waiting on some more parts. I just changed the Intake manifold to Pracworks carbon fiber. Then injectors and fuel pump. After that I will Dyno tune it.

LSD an RSX Type S gears would be a nice mod 👨🏽‍💻 Nice build

@@ugotdrivenASP3 is really good. Just expensive.

your induction is smaller than tb opening, put 90mm on it. You should use ngk 2667 plugs on tuned car.

Your first sentence does not make any sense saying the “induction is smaller than tb”. Air Intake tubing is 3.5” to 3”, TB is 80mm inlet tapered down to 70mm outlet so it’s all in transition the correct way. The intake manifold stock is 64.1 and it’s been bored to match the 70mm TB. Laser Plugs is what’s recommended using TSX platform and by 2 tuners. The plugs you are referring to is what I used when my Integra had K24a2 N/A and Turbo. The laser plug is pretty much a more expensive version of 2667 BKR7EIX plug. So please explain clearly what you are trying to say. Also I ordered a different intake manifold that’s being made that has Ford 5.0 bolt pattern and I will be trying to use 76mm-80mm TB if not the same that I have on there now maybe custom bore the TB to what ever it can max out at.

@@ugotdriven lower part on injes have some sections that are small. In original hondata test it was the worst performing induction. But if you say top part is 3.5 than it is good.
You didn't state what heat range plugs you are using. For tuned car you need 7 range. ngk 2667 is excellent plug and no need to overpay 2x for what you have.
Why change rrc manifold? Ported rrc is still king of intake manifolds as it has +320cfm and 3rd order harmonics resonance of 7300-7800 rpm- perfect for k24
Your header on the other hand is no go. Runners are to long, secondary runners are to small, runner pairing is suboptimal. You will not have max performance with that.
4piston oil pump is waste "Is there a need for an oil pump modification for my engine built?" see why
For this stage of mods you don't need more than 70mm tb.
And for the heads up stay away from 4 piston ported heads. "Flow bench results - 4Piston ProTSX vs Honda F20C1" see why.
