How to manage a long distance relationship. When you can't meet the one you love ? How can you explain that you are afraid of not contaminating yourself without him considering it as a rejection?
I also am apart from my partner. We haven't seen each other for almost 2 months but it feels like 4 months 😢 .
We video chat sometimes and that helps. And by video chat I mean we play video games or cook or do whatever while having each other there on video call. And it feels good but yeah.
It's hard idk what what to do?

Beautifully articulated Esther Perel, what do you do when you live on your own and have virtually almost no support network or friends. One friend who is elderly and busy and only able to speak with them may be `15 mins or 30 mins a week. It fees very lonely and sometimes can feel like it drives me crazy in my head anyway as I have no one to bounce off interact or hug even though I have been a lone wolf for a long time, Can you speak to this please Esther? Thank you (very few and very rare has anyone checked in with whether I am ok or alive etc. Any suggestions or solutions please? Thanks for listening I appreciate it
