I have a tip for anyone that is having trouble lifting your legs off the ground. What you do is go by a couch and start by putting both logs on the couch and then just one and after that try with nothing it helped me alot

When you put your arm on the ground, try to push up on it. Then it won't sink into your stomach as much. If you notice, that's actually what the pros do

Actually you have to put most of your weight on your ribs which will get sore in the process especially once you start the bounce and spin phase…yeah, this was one of four marquee moves I had in the 80’s…🤷🏾

A selfish thought: if you made videos in a progression from simple to more difficult in a package (i.e. One drop, one footwork, one power move, one top rock) that may attract more people more quickly. Either way, keep killin it.

@Mark Alvarez this is not really help because I'm a Bodybuilder, pushing 300 lbs, can do a hundreds of push ups - but I'm not able to perform a fuckin turtle freeze. So I gave up too.
David Beckham stretches are super important, keep 5 points for a minute first, I learned by learning to lift the opposing(to main arm) leg first

What's the difference between the turtle freeze and cricket position? They look exactly the same to me...

3 possible solutions
1. use your left arm to help you stay centered.
2. make sure you're bending your arm 90 degrees
3. make sure your fingers are pointing out
record yourself doing and try to see what the problem may be.
