One second I was enjoying silly games, the next I was transported into the backseat of a red minivan playing that game on a white GBA while my mom and aunt talked over country music. My aunt died a few years ago to pancreatic cancer, but that stupid Hot Potato game gave me such sensory overload that I smelled the freshly swept interior of her van and her favorite lotion

Was expecting the alien to turn and look at the camera at some point throughout the video, and was worried when I looked back at the video to see the alien looking at the camera. I had to rewind to the point when Vinny picked it up to make sure I wasn't going crazy.

I actually joined midway through this segment so I thought the Gameboy camera brightness and contrast changing while he plays was a bit. You get face cam, but at the compromise of it being crusty and the level of detail changes constantly. Still, it's always a treat to see a face cam from Vinny just to see how expressive he can be on camera.

I'm pretty sure the last level was glitched because you needed to sacrifice a tool to open a door, but then a machine inside the door required the tool you just used.
@@fodv93 Apparently they fixed it on a later version of the game and would replace your cartridge for free if you sent it to them. Also I've read that using any cheat code would return the tool, but its been more than a decade I've played it, the battery ran dry years ago.
Oh my god, I played that Power Rangers game when I was a kid. It was on this bootleg 100 in 1 cartridge my dad brought back from a trip to Asia (where "100 games" means "10 games with 10 different names each"). In retrospect it was trash, but I remember thinking how cool it was when you get to the next level and you play as a giant robot. Not that I could ever get farther than level 2.
