In this Step by Step guide to portrait painting with acrylic I have explained every bit of the painting process with easy to follow instructions. This portrait is commissioned by a daughter in the memory of his father. I am using water as the only medium. No retarder is used for this painting process.
I have started this painting with sketching outlines and a coat Burnt Sienna. Then I have applied many thin layers to achieve the desired effect of the skin tone. Most of the blending is done with dry brush technique with minimal water on the palette.

What colors do you use for the under eye?
Burnt Sienna is the safest color for Indian eyes as under eye tone.
