I'm Jamaican and I was searching for a banana pudding recipe when I came across this one. I made it gluten free and vegan by using all purpose gf flour and 6 tbsp Just Egg instead of eggs. I also added some cinnamon. I used a round pan and had to bake it longer but it came out perfect! It's sooo delicious. Thank you!
