- I'm going to show you the easiest way to make banana pudding dessert. This dessert is perfect as a next day recipe. This is easy to make and a great summer dessert idea.

INGREDIENTS
5 oz box instant banana or vanilla pudding
3 cups cold whole milk
2 to 3 large bananas
11 oz box of Nilla wafers
8 oz container of whipped topping

My Nana mixed the whipped topping (maybe half of the container) with the pudding before pouring over the cookies then added the extra on top. Makes it extra rich!

To sweeten your recipe, here's my recipe :
Same ingredients except that in addition or instead of, I use Jello Instant Coconut Cream, Cream Cheese, condensed milk, and I use either Caramel or Butterscotch syrup to top it off... it's REALLY, REALLY Good 👍 ‼️

Some make it with only sweetened condensed milk with iced cold water to make up the milk portion of the box pudding recipe and then once it sets up fold in either Cool Whip or whipped cream made from heavy whipping cream sugar and some type of extract to flavor it. All depends on your taste!!!

I've always to make this.
I use whipping cream, whip it and mix in with vanilla pudding and sweetened condensed milk. Also dip my bananas in lemon juice.

I've been making Banana pudding for about 25 years and people love it! I make mine a little different, using sweet condensed milk and heavy whipping cream. The funny thing is, I've never liked it, I just enjoy making it for others cuz they like it!
That's how we make it and I love it.
Did you just substitute the whole milk for the condensed milk ? Would it be the same portion?
Side note, nail polish is on point! It looks familiar. What polish is it? Also, do you ever use recipes sent to you to try and possibly change up to your preferences?
This is how my mom use to make it but without whipped cream.
Mix a little of the whip cream with the pudding, the rest over it, I leave the bananas out when using banana cream pudding mix
I add 1 more ingredient, softened cream cheese. Once all lumps out add the 8 oz cool whip and fold in (I buy the 16oz size) using the remainder for the top.

@@kaci7789 make the banana pudding, let it get cold in the fridge and then add some whipped cream and a can of sweetened condensed milk and mix it all together and then do your layers in the following, cookie - banana's - banana pudding mix ending with pudding mix on top followed by whipped cream.

Looks great and will try. I’m just shaking my head and don’t understand why people in general don’t use a Spatula to cut a square piece instead of using a spoon. It makes more sense to me.

If you're using whipped topping or Cool Whip, no. If you are using heavy cream and powdered sugar, yes. ❤

I'll never eat anything made with anything other than real vanilla extract. Not after I've heard that companies use the stink glands on beaver butts for vanilla flavoring.
Seeing as fake vanilla is in a LOT of foods and fragrances, that would take a whole lot of beavers! Most of imitation vanilla is lab created which is easier to mass produce and much more economical.
Cutting the banana like that with pretty hands is NOT good. You may have minor cuts on your thumb. Please use a cutting board. Thank you. Will try it tonight. ❤
