While Kaplan is the odd man out in the Fed. Proposing to start discussing tapering is not enough. Tapering should have already started. There is no justification whatsoever for buying MBSs when house prices have gone bananas. Stock market has turned into a casino. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! The Fed is already late in tapering and has done enough damage to the middle class.. Delaying more will cause more damage.
