Based on true events, "Shok" is set during the escalation of the Kosovan War when the country was occupied by Serbia...
Two young Kosovan boys, Petrit and Oki, are the best of friends. After Oki buys a bike, Petrit is desperate to have one of his own. Ever the businessman Petrit finds a niche dealing cigarette papers to the occupying Serbian troops. However with tensions and violence escalating in the country, many would see this as traitorous. Building a steady network of contacts, Petrit drags Oki into ever more dangerous situations until their lives are put at risk. As their relationship is tested to the limits they begin to encounter the true intentions of the Serbians and learn the meaning of friendship.

After everything that happend to us I'm still so proud how we kept our heads up, this movie it describes how much we fought and we still do but the friendship never ends, this gives us a message that we should fight for eachother and not let anyone break that.

The people the Serbians raped are still alive and living with that horror.The same with the survivors of the family & friends the Serbians slaughtered. The Serbians are unrepentant for this and instead lie, are genocide deniers even. Serbians from Serbia are largely unrepentant and as you can see in the comments they still threaten to “complete the genocide” they started.
That said, most of your average Albanians judges individual Serbians one-on-one. For example, they vacation in Albania and are treated well. I have had Serbian friends, living in the US, etc.
