    A hyperextension (Roman chair), is another option. Similar to inversion except face down and bent body. Normally it is used to strengthen the back and the glutes. I rest after the exercise for a few minutes. I prefer it over inversion because it is a little less blood pressure in the head, and I have no difficulty getting back up...and of course there is the exercise. Some people say not to use it that way (just so you know), but it has never caused me any issues. I think the important thing is to have the pad low enough to bend at the hips. There are hyperextension things that are designed for vertical body, if you want to spend $500+ I just don't see the need. Also, a reverse hyperextension is not the same thing as a hyperextension. This is not advice. I just suspect it is doing a similar thing for my brain.

Went down to the feed store and got a tube of ivermectin took about a half an inch of the gell and within about two minutes , it was like a windshield wiper sensation went across my mind and I was back to my old self. It tried to come back a few hours later so i took some more and continued to do this daily until it no longer came back, about a month, Now i just take some for maintenance of other things that it is good for.

    very nice. Pumping the CSF around with yoga is mostly through bending and twisting the spine along all 3 axes, and pressure differences get effective best in near horizontal or slightly downward pointing positions. In downward facing dog the spine is not very active.
    Pilates, father of the movement coined the sentence, "you are as young as your spine" ... that the nose is part of the spine via CSF is a funny twist. ... but again, Very nice presentation
    I wonder about the influence of the microbiome in the nose and general inflammation, like sinusitis etc. , the rle of nose berathing, the flexibility of vessels and RBC, health f capillaries, influence of glucose and homocysteine, protection by LDL and HDL against closing those pores, ole of omega3 and vitamins K2/D3... a lot of work to do. Hopefully they measure general clinical parameters as well in their trials.

    Thank you for this video. This is the first time I've heard about the Cribrose (CSF) Watershed, and it's role of flushing the interstitial fluid between the cells.
    The analogy of leaves and debris falling to a forest's floor, accumulating as fuel-load is a timely & helpful illustration.
    Including the explanation of the olfactory bulb, related nerves, & how it is affected by aging was helpful to me in understanding why some people have said, smell is an indicator of possible cognitive decline & Alzheimer's.
    Up on hearing all of this, I wonder:
    o How this information will affect the way dentists & Otolaryngologist's practice? My father suffered periodically through his adult life from an injury received during a minor surgery that left a hole between his nasal cavity & mouth/throat, causing infections. Although he didn't seem to experience any decline (his mind was very sharp, all they way to within his last hour), But it has me thinking of how important this structure is and how injury could affect brain health.
    o Could the genetic markers found in certain people have actually be related more to the way the nasal structure ages, rather than the brain itself?
    o Could a diagnostic screening be developed that dental offices could perform, given they already have X-ray machines used in this study?

    • @nikosalkis8296
      @nikosalkis8296 6 дней назад

      So sorry for all those animals that get tormented and killed by humans.Animals are held in sterile, isolated cages, forced to suffer disease and injury, and typically euthanized at the end of each study. Animals in laboratories are frequently treated as objects, to be manipulated at will; and little value is ascribed to their lives beyond the cost of their purchase.Both obvious and subtle differences between humans and animals, in terms of our physiology, anatomy, and metabolism, make it difficult to apply data derived from animal studies to human conditions.
      Acetaminophen, for example, is poisonous to cats, but is therapeutic in humans; penicillin is toxic in guinea pigs, but has been an invaluable tool in human medicine; morphine causes hyper-excitement in cats, but has a calming effect in human patients; and oral contraceptives prolong blood-clotting times in dogs, but increase a human’s risk of developing blood clots. Many more such examples exist.
