“Taking it easy” are great words to live by on the trail. Can’t be so concerned with itinerary and miss the good spots!!!

We truly hope you do get out to spend some time exploring the GT! Definitely a nice stress free ride compared to some of the stuff we see in Florida! And the sights!⛰️

@@SunshineStateVikings thanks! My group is planning on the GA Traverse at the end of this summer and Uwharrie before winter, if all goes well. 🙏

The wife and I are going to do the traverse for my 50th birthday in early November. We are from Northwest Florida and drive a thirty year old virtually stock Jeep YJ. We're giving ourselves 7 days to do the traverse and part of Talladega National Forest because we to just want to Take it Easy. Great video btw, maybe we'll see ya'll on the trail one day.👍🏻👍🏻

Can you pitch tents along the trails or RTTs only?

Do you remember how your weboost worked in the North GA mountains? I am looking to purchase one but can’t find any reviews for locations I mainly go to

Thanks for the question! So we do not actually own a weboost, but our travel partners for this video series the @overlanderoos do. They had better service than us for sure. We can also confirm though that we had service for most of the trip, just not full strength. If you are thinking of doing this route and you have a weboost you should be in good shape service wise.

Shouldn’t be needed, this was a very nice easy route! Should be totally fine with just 2 wheel drive. ✌️😁
