Hi, i find out if i use big vector files like 100 x 100 mm and 0.02 or less Hatch line space with a Rotary Mark Tool it is way better if you turn your Grafik first before you enable the Hatch. Otherwise it failed with a Error "too less Ram". The Reason i found out is, if you enable the Hatch Lines first with the Setting 0° and turn your Grafik after you also turn the Hatch Lines with 90° so they are now along the Y Axis. If you open then the Rotary Mark Tool the EzCad Software calculate new to switch on the Laser if it is crossing Y Hatch Lines because the scanning Direction is along the X Axis, the Rotary is the Y Axis. The Result is a lot of Points and a lot of more Data into the Ram of the USB Controller Card into the Laser.
If you use the first Methode the Software generates Hatch Lines along the X Axis which uses only 1/10 of Ram Space at the Controller Card. I hope it helps. I had this Problem and figured out how to fix it. You can see this with the Task Manager. Look how much Ram needs EzCad with Methode 1 or your Methode, there you can see it 😉

Thanks for reaching out! Settings will depend on the material used, the markings you want, and the Fiber wattage you own. We suggest joining our Facebook Group and ask our engaging community of CO2 and Fiber owners for setting suggestions: omtechlaser.com/pages/our-laser-community

I noticed there is no guards on the Fiber laser, do you simply wear glasses or do you put up a shield? I'm a little confused
