There is some kind of problem in PowerPoint. This is just for your information. When you insert a video in PowerPoint and you want that video to Play Across Slides then on the very next slide it will be on top of all the other objects. I don't know why this is happening with you on OneDrive. You can remember that suggestion for the time.

Nice video. I'm using powerpoint 2010. I added the Combine shapes tool to the ribbon. The problem is if I select the rectangle then the word art, the tool is grayed out. If I create 2 shapes, say rectangles that overlap and I select both of them, Combine shapes is available. The moment I add the word art it grays out. Any suggestions?

Select Shape, Ctrl-Click on the text box to select text box. Combine Shapes tool is still grayed out. If I add anything that didn't come from the insert shape tool, the combine shape button grays out

It's Merge Shapes. Depends on the version you are using. Not available in 2007. Need to Enable in 2010 (Watch my video about that) and in 2013 and 2016 available by default.

Whereas I think, if your video is in the Background and your text is appearing on top of it without showing the background video; that means you have not used the Subtract command in the first place.

If you have converted the video then one reason could be that you converted it into a wrong MP4 format like incorrect dimensions or bit rate kind of stuff. You can use Format Factory to convert MOV files into MP4.

I will recommend you not to use MOV or any other Quick Time Player file types. Convert them using Free Online Service or use any other file type. For your information. You must also install Quick Time Player on your system.

That's not the problem, actually like when one para goes in upward direction the sound is audible after that when 2nd para starts it stops ,so the animation is making problem and one thing more with my voice i want to put a continues background sound during the whole slide show. PLZ HELP ME......
For that you need to understand the With Previous and After Previous options properly. When you insert an audio let's say a continuous background music then from Playback menu you can ask it to "Play in Background" "Across All Slides". But if you turn on Animation Tab then you can see it is set to play "After Previous" and you also have to take care the position of the audio file in the effect list. For me, I always set the audio to play "With Previous" and on top of the Animation list. If I want to play a specific audio at the time of a specific animation then I will use the Sound option from Effect Options (remember that Clap, Chime sound settings). If your narrated audible are long then you can insert them as a background music then I can set the Delay timings. That is why I always use "With Previous" option for everything Effects, Videos and Audios. Hope that will help. Let me know.
Which version of PowerPoint you are using? Not available in earlier versions than 2010 and even in 2010 I think you have to add Merge Shapes button on the toolbar by yourself.

Why you are using Combine command? I think I used Subtract not Combine. Can you explain a bit in detail that at what step you are facing the problem.
