I don't. It reminded me that they are not the loving people they seem to be. they are judgmental and support the love and rights of only a certain kind of people. Not trans people, not people that love who they want to love.

Yes, it goes against my religion but no one is throwing stones at those people. The only one throwing hate on here is you. Agree I believe Jesus Peace be Upon him is a prophet and messenger of god just like all the other messengers way back to Adam, although I do not agree with it but I like to see how they strongly believe in the Church itself along with the people that work there
bugaboo once you give your heart to Jesus he is AIRWAYS there. You can't lose your salvation. It's great you continue to pray in dark times but I do encourage you to pray and just thank God for the good times too. I fell out of my walk with Christ for 20 years but I know He was just waiting for me to return. I had been burned by a church that had bad intentions however I found a church that not only opened my eyes and heart again but changed by entire family. There's peace when it doesn't make sense to be peaceful. It's starts with a decision to just start taking to God a bit more. If you haven't heard of the devotional "Jesus Calling" you can get it at Walmart or any bookstore, I beg beg beg you to pick it up or even look it up so you get an idea of how powerful it is. Be glad it was just baby powder, my daughter started up painting after she pooped ,not fun to clean up. I wish it was powder ....lol
I hope that powder is made with corn starch and not talc... for yours and Olivia’s sake. Just a thought I wanted to share since I’m not sure if you are aware of the possible danger of talc and ovarian cancer as well as just inhaling the powder into your lungs on a daily basis.
Ashlee Hoti I'm pretty sure that Johnson's and Johnson's no longer uses talc. Every bottle of baby powder I have come across in the last year have been cornstarch.

My dad once wanted to come to the roof of our house (it's a 4 story building) and then when I had to get down I had to use a WOOD ladder and that was the scariest moment of my life. I started crying so hard.

Bonnie, I can totally appreciate the feeling you had when you had to get OFF the roof. I don't love going up on a roof, but can tolerate it as long as I'm not near the edge. It actually bothers me to watch Joel when he's leaning over working in the gutters or like in yesterday's video when he was on his dad's roof taking down the lights. The absolute WORST part is getting onto the ladder to come down. I freeze. I have been stuck on a roof for an hour before crying like a baby because I could not bring myself to go to the edge, turn around and get onto the ladder. I would rather hang off the edge of the roof and jump, haha! I have got to look up a recipe for Snickerdoodle cookies. I had never heard of them before watching your families' vlogs. We climb on our roof for the Fourth of July to watch the fireworks and I legit cried like a baby when it came time to get off the roof. I was FREAKING out and my kids were looking at me like I’m crazy. 😂😂😂

"Vacuuming a vacuum" - Have you seen the show "Monk"? LOL he uses a dustbuster to clean his vacuum, he puts his door handles in his dishwasher.. he has OCD and is afraid of lots of things like milk! Yes, I don't remember if they said why, but yeah, milk. It's a good show. :)

I am the same way about ladders. I will not go passed the second rung. Getting back on it to climb down is one of my worst fears in the world. I get this feeling in my chest that is so hard to describe. But I will ride just about any roller coaster!

Is it weird that I've felt more of a connection to your church and the people surrounding it than I have my own church? I've been going to church sense I was a baby minus a few years through my teens but I feel more of a pull from the Mormon church. I really don't know anything about the Mormon religion. I've been raised in the Catholic religion but there's just something special about your faith that you follow.
Correct me if I'm wrong but the Catholic church and the Mormon church are pretty similar 🤔
A lot of religions are very similar, we all believe in a god, just follow different roads to get there if you will lol. I know during my church we have sacrament and all the "leaders" share a cup of wine, "Christ's blood" which I don't think would happen in the Mormon church because they don't drink alcohol. I also don't go to church every Sunday.
My Anxious Heart that's right. I once did a research about the Mormon religion for school and there was this interesting thing, that the Mormons see themselves as a part of the Catholic church 🤔
I am Catholic too and the pull you feel from the Mormon church is probably to blame on your church community, maybe it's not inclusive enough or you just don't feel like you fit there. I would advise you to try and go to another church in another area and see how you feel there. Also our religion is about the relationship you have with God, you can still be a fervent catholic and not go to church every single Sunday. Now, of course that's what you should do, but it's not the end of the world if you don't as long as you nurture your relationship with God through prayers and scriptures.
All christian religions are very similar, but I think the LDS movement is the most different for beliefs and such.
Alisha's Endeavors I agree with everything you said! I may feel more of a pull from the LDS church because it does feel like more of a family than my church. Mind you I haven’t been to church in about 5+ years so that may be my problem, but even though I think church is important I think what you do outside of it is just as important if not more. Maybe someday I will join the Mormon church 😊
I know everyone believes differently. That is great. I think for me I just don’t understand the Mormon religion. To me it seems that they place a lot of “worship” or “idolizing” on a particular man. The profit? I am Pentecostal so we believe in giving all the glory to God and any guidance we look to Him only. We also believe that when we get Heaven we will know our loved ones but it won’t be the same. What else is different that the Mormons believe?

Lark Bird we do have a pastor. And he is highly respected. But he’s not on tv for the world to see. He’s very humble. He is more like a shepherd. When he does die unfortunately - it won’t be televised nationally. He is one to deliver the messages God gives him and the the truths he knows by reading the Bible. There’s a BIG difference between Prophet and Pastor. One seeks more glory on earth. I know very little about the Mormon religion so that’s why I’m asking. K!!
Mormon religion doesn't exist, is called the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and they are Christians, they believe in God and Jesus Christ; the word Mormon is the name of a prophet. They started being called Mormons as a mockery from people who didn't understand they are Christians just like the rest of them such as Catholics, Orthodox people, Baptists etc. So "Mormons" are in fact Christians, normal people just like me and you.
What I was thinking is that while their 'prophet' is called that, and they televise their teachings, he is just a teacher like any other church has their leaders and teachers. I'm not Mormon, btw.
Jay Dee A little bit of Everything I agree with this. You can’t add to the Bible. It was and IS the word of God. There are several religions that have taken context away and added to what the Bible originally stayed to suit their beliefs. Not right.
