I finally made it today by using stand mixer. The softest and fluffiest dinner rolls i had ever made.. raisins added where sugar & salt reduced. Thank you so much for your kind sharing on such a great recipe..

Thank you for this recipe! I've just made it and now I'm enjoying a really delicious, soft and fluffy bread. The most delicious I've ever eaten and made. I put some cheese inside and it's amazing. It's a little bit of a work since the dough is really sticky but it's all worth at the end! Love from Brazil!
the sticky, is it because much the liquid? i mean, total liquid is 130 g.. (water 70 + milk 60).. for the flour 250 g i think the liquid is too much.. just my thought.. now i wanna try the recipe but i wonder if i only use water (without milk), so total liquid is 130 g?
@@ndsk72 Hi! Yes, but I think it's supposed to be like that since the stickier the dough, the softest the bread gets after baking. But I think it's totally possible to add a little more flour, especially because flours are different from country to country and from brand to brand. Also, if you add a little more in this recipe, it won't be ruined at all, as long as it's not too much.
@@ndsk72 Oh, as for the liquid, I did use milk and water. I'm not sure if it changes once it's only water. The size of the eggs might differ too, so maybe you should experiment how much flour to add.

thank you for this recipe, it turn out much better than I expected. The texture get even better after 1 day in refrigerator, still it's a bit salty for me, definitely gonna make more of this.

يجمع الخليط ويغطة بسولوفان ويرتاح 15د ثم يدلك حتى يصير املس وتضاف 40ج زبدة طرية ويواصل الدلك او الضرب حتة تنعم العجين وتغطى بسولوفان وتتكرك تخمر حتى ترتفع جيدا ثم تقطع الى 9 قطع وترتاح مغطية 15د وبعدها تطلق بمساعدة الدقيق والباقي مفهوم بالصور وتصفف في صينية تخمر وتهن بالبيض وتطهى

Вы булочки готовили, тесто как? У меня что то жидковато получилось пришлось муку домешивать, и все равно еле свернула, я сделала 2 больших.
@Кипишь Ходячий спасибо, похоже мука у них и правда другая для сдобной выпечки, но ничего добавила немного нашей и получилось нормально
