So excited. It was critical role that got me into D&D around 5 years ago and then I fell in love with D20. To see Matt play with some absolutely amazing players like Brennan Zach and Lou from the core cast is honestly a dream table. Particularly after bloodkeep were his comedy was impeccable. Also aside regardless of how this turns out Matt seems so kind and geniune giving Brennan a chance to play in his world is such a sweet idea!❤

It's not impossible I think. D20 was never a show fundamentally about D&D speciffically. Much more than CR themselves the D20 crew always used the rulset WAY outside its intended frame (i.e. Space heist, Magic NYC, Harry Potter spoof). So if they like it and they deepen the way the two groups are interwoven I wouldn't be surprised.
Obviously I'm excited to see Matt DM for Brennan, but I'm actually even more curious to see Zac and Lou play at Matt's table. I don't think Matt has DM'd for either of them before so far as I know.
He’s GMed for Brennan before, but I’m not sure he qualifies as an Intrepid Hero. But that was worth the watch just to see Krystina and Brennan (and eventually Sam and Marisha) torment Alex Ward. And the best moment was Brennan’s huge Yes-And on the Horse Stacking! I died.
When was this shot? I ask because I also work in a professional entertainment field and here no one wears any masks or face shield any longer. The last restrictions were phased out back in February, and those were daily tests.
It’s a post Covid thing- they need to have more space for cameras etc. and still have some attempt at social distancing. Plus now they’re doing these cool projections on the new walls!
