You mention how both the zephyrus g14 and g16 are both loud and hot to the touch. I returned the g16 a while back for these exact same reasons. Even though I only game when plugged to external monitor and never really touch the laptop, the whole metal chassis would burn up and I was worried about the longevity and product life. So are you telling me the omen transcend is the first and only gaming laptop that doesn't act like a screaming hot potato?
which colour would you suggest for this laptop, the black or white? The only thing that keeping me from buying this is the keyboard and this laptop ain't available at the stores here so that I can check it physically.
In comparison of the keyboard, I had alienware x14, and although those keys were spaced out more, I didn't like the key travel and RGB on it. It was rather dim. Those keys also were in a matt finish with dull lettering. The HP uses the hyperx that HP bought out, and it's much better. It is less spaced, but the key raises I feel make up for it. Typing on it for work feels much better and gaming wise, I don't have much hand fatigue. The black lit is much better. For the form factor if it, I think the KB does great.
This is by far the best review of this laptop I've seen
Thanks. Appreciate it.
This review convinced me to but this laptop. Well crafted review.

In my opinion the white one 100%. My local best buy has the black one on display and I definitely prefer the white

The black one is nice, get a nice cloth to keep it clean
on the first dying light image it says the omen has a 4090?
Yeah that's a typo. It's the 4070. My bad.
