    Which one did you like better, the toilet or the rest of the house?

    It has been more than 8 months since I've published my last video. I hereby promise the next one will be out in 7.
    Or even earlier.

    I like it, quite large and comfortable. Seems very reasonable rent.

    I loved it….you answered every question as they popped in my head. I’ve been looking at the japan real estate web site athome. I’m wanting to move to JP in less than five years. I’m planning on selling my house in the USA and banking half the money after my purchase. My wife is Japanese as well so hoping perm res will be easier. I’ve found many houses under 25 years that have been remodeled and renovated. I may have already asked but do you have plans to return or live in JP?

      Sounds like a great plan!
      The way things stand right now, I'll be back in the end of July and again in September this year. No plans for moving back as of now though.

    You don't take the AC with you? You paid a lot for it, no? Or do you have ACs in every room in the new home?

    • @JapaneseJourney
      @JapaneseJourney  6 месяцев назад +1

      I could have of course. But since I've left Japan, I wouldn't have anywhere to put it.

      The 24500 JPY aren't rent though, right? If I remember correctly, you purchased your house a while ago.
