Korek,pwede bumuli ng bahay kahit hindi ka asawa ng hapon as long as permanent visa ka.
Yes you can buy as long as you are a permanent resident and completed all the requiremnts for bank loan.

Parang Ganyan nadin halos presyo ng house & lot sa Pinas sa totoo lang Yung Ganyan itsura, halos magkalapit lang ng presyo.
Baka mas mahal pa kung tutuusin Japan na yan at maganda ang neighborhood.
