This is just like a house of my daughter in Japan just a little bit smaller. Beautiful and minimalist.
I am subscriber of both channels and I have seen the Presello episode for this house. I have also watched 'some' and the last collab episode of Presello, just my opinion, the last one with 'Ms D' (Im well aware that she was a great host too) was kinda dull and it's like they were talking too much and taking too long per area before moving on to the next area to show, the camera is also not really focusing on the area/part of the house that the ladies were talking about but more on the hosts.
But for this, I noticed, out of all the Presello/Julia with guest collabs, Julia and Lucy really compliment each other, good chemistry, well balance interaction, Julia looks at ease with Lucy, clear explanation, it's like both ladies know what to say next and WHEN to stop talking and move on to the next part . giving viewers a smooth transition.Nice episode.

It's my first time seeing Julia not in full black 😊😊
Lucy, genkan is pronounced “gheng-khung” and the slippers are only supposed to be worn inside the house, never outside. So when you went into the little balcony, you would leave your slippers inside and have a different pair of slippers to be worn only outside. Only rich Japanese can afford that house in Japan especially since it’s very spacious, which is unusual in the cities in Japan.
Also, the reason why the shower is outside the tub is because they shower first and get themselves clean before they soak in the tub.
Yes, it is common sense that one should have a different set of slippers to go outside. Lucy was nice and considerate enough to ask before going out but she was allowed to go out with her slippers on.
Typical Japanese house, minimalist all throughout.. been and lived for 2 yrs in SHINAGAWA area. Awesome 👏👏👍👍😘😘
I love the house. My only worry is Filinvest 2 is near the fault line (West Valley fault) and prone to flooding.
That’s why properties there are less expensive compared to the rest of QC.
It’s recommended to do a house hunting there during rainy season so you’ll see areas that are flooded and witness the traffic situation.
And that balcony facing the vacant lot, got me thinking of snakes crawling inside the house 😅
This is the best house I've loved ever since it was featured in Presello's house tours. Not for the grandness and intricate details but more on good use of space, no wasted space and its so functional and also very Japanese inspired with minimalism.
Julia said she only stands 5'4, I think she doesn't. I think Julia stands a little taller at maybe 5'5 or 5'6 coz Lucy was a beauty queen and she stands 5'9. So I guess this video speaks for the people who are wondering how tall is Julia. 😉

This house has been around for a while now considering many real estate agents have featured this on RUclips. Maybe the 2 carport is a deal breaker for those people who can afford this.
They say the "talahiban" at the back is the fault line.
as you have assumed the only people who can afford this are loaded, just buy the lot on the back to make a parking space + add a pool area?
@@michaeljakeusman They could make it more affordable if they also build small homes like they do in Japan. Something like 2 bedrooms only. Then it could be priced lower. Lots of us in US only have 2 people or a couple and child so having options for small families will bring the price down.
this is a very nice house design minimalist and functional as well. Love Japanese designed home.

Not sure why this would be called Japanese style and I don't know about the Philippines, but it looks like most new houses in Thailand. A few Japanese gizmos like the over designed toilet. Maybe globalization is making modern design not unique to any location.
Sweetie. having an open "basement", or first floor doesn't make the house cooler, it makes it hotter. The ground (earth) is cooler than the air in places like the Philippines. So the sir heats up the floor, earth cools it. Not really very useful to just make up stuff that sounds good.
doors should be swinging outside to be a perfectly japanese home.. hehhe.. but really nice.. if I have money, I will buy that

Entrance nice but kind of dark, I like very light entrance not dark, I’m Pilipino but we always remove our shoes too, very nice inside with open space and bright,I like that cabinets that pull down, that’s the biggest drain I ever seen, a lot of nice storage which is very useful. Open high ceiling, ceramic tiles in the wall- my first time I see that, so many windows that makes it brighter, and the balcony is spectacular view, you can have morning coffee and afternoon tea. Very very beautiful, WOW, surprise to see the beautiful inside and the view.👍👍👍entrance is dark but you can always put lights. 👍👍👍awesome
