It is a mini amusement center. The cinema room is like a mini theatre with lots of speakers. I can just imagine how poweeful the cinema audio would be. Their terrace where they could eat and relax is one of a kind in its purpose. Not everyone has the same purpose of having meals in that! The basement is cool. Not everyone has it. The master's restroom with two separate bowls is a huge wow! The walk-in closet of Cheska is like a section in a department store. I've seen videos of celebrities showing their closets. This one is so far the biggest and the most unique closet. My oh my...it is really really a more than amazing house. A perspective that has been thought of and planned for years.
I can say, Once a Millionaire always a Millionaire. This family very honest and working hard just to reach their dream in the future. So perfect and complete. Everything you need off is in there. Kudos... Kreamer Family so Fantastic.

The fantastic houses that you can ever find are mostly in Forbes Park, La Vista Village, Dasmariñas Village and Ayala Heights where the richest in the Philippines live. Most of the houses we built for our clients in these places cost much more than P200M with their heliports, elevators, adjoining houses for the household help, and some even have houses for the cutlery, china and glassware which are maintained for parties serving hundreds of guests.
So far thats the best house ive ever seen.. a.mansion with a touch of modern technology plus you can call it a home.... because even helpers have their own space! :) a very generous mansion :)

Yes, you're right it could be the best house in the Philippines. Maybe there are bigger ones but this one is well built and customized to the highest stardard with personal touch on it. If you have the money and full of great ideas you can create a complete house that you can't have from your old house. Team Kramer's house is palatial, fit for a king and queen and their prince and princesses. It is complete. If you want to exercise, there is the gym; if you want to see a movie, there is the home theater; if your children want to play slide and plastic balls, there is the playground; if the weather is hot and you want to cool, there is the swimming pool; if you want to see the sunrise, sunset, lots of greenery and Makati Skyline, there is the viewdeck; if you are hungry and want to eat, there is the kitchen and dining area that is almost like a restaurant; if you are tired and want to get a good rest, there is the master's bedroom, etc.
i wouldn't mind staying at home for several months during a lockdown if i had a house like that which has everything my family, househoelpers need! This family has inspired us through the years. with their values, spiritual meetings/discussions , their compassionate nature, their experiences through their sruggles, putting our Lord in the center of their lives...and when you do, the Lord will take you to places you have never imagined to be. you guys can dream big, chase your dreams and pray for God's victory in you!
